(THE NEWSMAN OF to INDIA.COM) IREL (India) Limited a CPSE under the Department of Atomic Energy is celebrating the Vigilance Awareness Week for the year 2021 on the theme “Independent India @75: Self Reliance with Integrity” from 26.10.2021 to 01.11.2021. In the inaugural function, which was chaired by CMD, Functional Directors and CVO, after administration of the Vigilance & Integrity Pledge,Smt. Arti Srivastava, CVO, SEBI gave a guest lecture on Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informer Resolution, 2004 (PIDPI). All the units were connected on the occasion virtually. Series of activities are being carried out to promote vigilance awareness such as competitions on essay writing, speech, quiz etc in Corporate Office and across all the units of the Company. To widen the ambit of vigilance awareness, PIDPI awareness program with Gram panchayat and nearby schools are also being carried out in addition to customer and vendor meeting with Vigilance Officers.
