Renowned IPS Pervez Hayat gets Director General rank

Pervez Hayat, has been given pro-forma promotion to the rank of DG . 1984 batch IPS officer of Jharkhand cadre Hayat is presently on deputation to the GoI.
About Parvez Hayat
He is a senior IPS officer of 1984 Batch .Currently posted as the Additional Director General of Police with the BP R&D ( Bureau of Police Research and Development ) under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Parvez has had an illustrious Career as an IPS and has served both in the state government as well as Central Government in various capacities for over 30 Years in key positions . He has received training both in India and abroad which includes representing the country at Interpol in France, UK, USA and also ENA Academy of administration Paris, besides prestigious university of Berkley in public Sector Management, Smart Cities and Disaster Management. He is also the President of vigilance study circle(VSC, NCR Delhi), A prestigious forums of sharing best practices among various public sectors and private sectors includes MNCs. Shri Hayat is currently perusing his Ph. D in Central Government University, his thesis relates to Disaster Management. Shri Hayat has also presented a paper at International Congress on “Resilient Smart cities” at JNU in December, 2015. Shri Hayat also has interests in Swimming, Badminton, Golf, Yoga, Fitness, Sufi Music and Movies.
