Prasad is an IPS officer of 1995 MP cadre. he isconsidered as a versatile officer due to his efficient working capacities not only in MP but even on central deputation. before this Prasad has served on central deputation as IGP in BPRD in Delhi. Prior to this posting He has also served as IG Admin in CISF head quarters.
