Public Enterprises Selection Board has recommended Ajay Kumar Sharma for the post of Director (Personnel) of SJVN Limited , leading PSU under Minister Of Power, Sharma is currently serving as General Manager in Corporate HR department, SJVN. Since joining SJVN in October 2009, Sharma has been a pivotal figure in HR department. His contribution spans across various fields of HR such as i.e Manpower Planning, Administration, Industrial Relations & Welfare, HR Policy, Training & HRD and HR Procurement. Prior to this, he worked in SAIL from 1996 to 2009. With a career spanning more than two decades, Sharma brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources and industrial operations.
