Rishi Kumar Shukla, who is an IPS of 1983 batch MP cader took charge today as 43rd DGP of Madhya Pradesh state here in a gracefull ceremony took place in Bhopal. wherein MP police dept. Paid an adieu to out going DGP Surendra Sinh who got retired today after a sucessful tenure of about 2 years.
