New Delhi, May 17, 2025:The Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) has announced its recommendations for the appointment of Executive Directors (EDs) in key non-life public sector insurance companies, following a comprehensive selection process.

As part of the evaluation, the FSIB conducted interviews with 16 candidates from various non-life public sector insurance companies on May 14 and 16, 2025. These interactions were aimed at selecting suitable candidates for ED-level vacancies in the Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd. (AICIL), General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re), and Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (OICL).

Based on the candidates’ performance during the interface, their overall professional experience, and other relevant parameters, the FSIB has recommended the following appointments:

Ms. Anjana Saxena – Recommended for the ED position in Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (vacancy dated April 1, 2025)

Ms. Mini George – Recommended for the ED position in Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd. (vacancy dated July 1, 2025)

These recommendations reflect FSIB’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership in public sector financial institutions through merit-based selections.
