(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) In a notable development, the Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on May 26, 2025, has recommended the elevation of three Chief Justices/Judges of High Courts to the Supreme Court of India. The names proposed for appointment as Judges of the apex court are:
Justice N.V. Anjaria, Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court (Parent High Court: Gujarat)
Justice Vijay Bishnoi, Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court (Parent High Court: Rajasthan)
Justice A.S. Chandurkar, Judge, Bombay High Court
