(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) A powerful 30-month journey of resilience, transformation, and leadership at Adani Group’s Corporate Brand & Communications

As Aman Singh transitions out of his role at the helm of Corporate Brand & Communications (CBC), he leaves behind a remarkable chapter defined by some of the most turbulent and transformative moments in Indian corporate history. His 30-month stint — beginning in November 2022 — was not just about managing communication; it was about rewriting the rules of how reputations are built, defended, and strengthened.

Singh’s entry into CBC was unconventional. A strategist by training, not a communications professional, he took on the role at the personal behest of Shri Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group. “He placed his trust in me — more than I did in myself,” Singh recalls. That leap of faith laid the foundation for what would become a shared mission of conviction, capability, and courage.

Leading Through the Storm

The tenure wasn’t short of trials. From Hindenburg 1.0 and 2.0, to the OCCRP allegations, and even scrutiny from global regulatory bodies like the DoJ and SEC, Singh found himself steering CBC from the epicenter of corporate crises that had the potential to shake even the most resilient conglomerates.

But instead of faltering, Singh and his team rose to the occasion — transforming CBC into one of India’s most sophisticated and agile corporate communications ecosystems. “We didn’t just weather the storm. We responded with clarity, agility, and unity — and came out stronger,” he notes.

With real-time narrative shaping, decisive responses, and a relentless focus on truth, CBC helped uphold the Adani Group’s reputation, even as detractors eventually retreated. “Truth prevailed. Noise faded. Reputation endured,” he reflects.

Building Beyond Crisis

While crisis management defined the urgency, Singh also led CBC into a phase of meaningful storytelling and brand-building. Noteworthy among these were:

* The Maha Kumbh 2025 campaign — a cultural milestone
* The ₹10,000 crore philanthropic pledge by Chairman Gautam Adani
* Over 150 crore+ views generated across campaigns
* 5,000+ employee volunteers engaged in the spirit of seva

“These weren’t just numbers. They were milestones of meaning and mission,” Singh emphasizes.

A Team, A Home

At the core of his success was a team that, in Singh’s words, “became more than a workplace — it became home.” As he now formally hands over CBC to new leadership, he does so with deep gratitude and pride. “CBC will always remain a part of me,” he says.

A New Strategic Chapter

Singh’s journey now shifts entirely to the Chairman’s Office, where he will focus on long-term strategy, institutional alignment, and value creation. Having balanced both Strategy and CBC for over a year, this transition allows him to sharpen focus in an area that is critical to the Group’s vision.

He extends his heartfelt thanks to Shri Gautam Adani for his unwavering belief and mentorship, as well as to Rajeshbhai, Pranavbhai, and the promoters for their steadfast support. And to the CBC team — for making the journey extraordinary.

The Road Ahead

“It is a rare privilege to lead the office of a once-in-a-century entrepreneur,” Singh reflects. “The past year has been an unmatched learning curve — intense, immersive, and deeply humbling.”

As Aman Singh moves forward, he carries with him not only the lessons of crisis and transformation but also the enduring purpose of strategic leadership at the highest level.

Onwards — with gratitude, humility, and purpose.
