New Delhi, June 2025 – The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has officially recommended T. S. C. Bosh, currently serving as Executive Director & CEO of REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), for the position of Director (Projects) at REC Limited, a Navratna PSU under India’s Ministry of Power.

Extensive PSU Leadership Experience
Bosh holds the current leadership post at RECPDCL, a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, where he has overseen multiple large-scale power transmission projects and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) handovers—including recent handovers to Power Grid and Tata Power SPV.

Track Record of Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives
Under his leadership, RECPDCL has forged critical MoUs—like the ₹55,000 crore funding tie-up with Punjab National Bank—and successfully managed infrastructure and logistics financing.

Robust Operational Foundation
Operating as Executive Director and CEO of RECPDCL within REC Ltd., Bosh has deep exposure to project financing, transmission planning, and governmental coordination—core competencies central to the Director (Projects) role.

Noteworthy Achievements:

Managed SPV handovers to Power Grid and IndiGrid 2, focused on 765/400 kV GIS substations and high-capacity lines in Odisha.

Instrumental in signing a major MoU financing initiative with PNB, covering power and non-power sectors, amounting to ₹55,000 crore.

The Director (Projects) at REC Limited is responsible for overseeing large capital projects in both power and infrastructure sectors. Given REC’s expanding portfolio in renewable energy, grid expansion, green hydrogen, EV charging, and commercial infrastructure, Bosh’s multidisciplinary experience positions him strongly to drive the next wave of PSU projects..

The PESB recommendation is subject to final approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). If approved, Bosh would step into a critical leadership role, steering REC’s ambitious expansion in infrastructure and energy financing.
