The Board of Directors of the J&K Bank has approved the appointment of Sankarasubramanian Krishnan, Independent Director, as Non-Executive Part-Time Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited. His tenure will be effective from the date of approval by the Reserve Bank of India and will continue till March 26, 2028, coinciding with the completion of his first term as Independent Director.
