Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) has released the updated Schedule of Rates (SOR) 2025 for civil and electrification works. The launch was formally done by Neelendu Kumar Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of CCL.

The revised SOR sets standard rates for new items of works related to building construction, horticulture, electrification, roads, and bridges. It has been prepared in line with CPWD/MORT\&H standards and the Civil Engineering Works Manual 2023.

The updated document has been structured in two parts – one specific to Ranchi and the other applicable across all CCL areas. This new format is expected to greatly support project execution and uniformity in cost estimation.

The initiative, led by CCL’s Civil Department, has been widely appreciated as a progressive step towards ensuring efficiency, transparency, and standardization in infrastructure development works of the company.
