The Uttar Pradesh government has issued a fresh list of IPS transfers, effecting significant reshuffles across the state.

Hemraj Meena, IPS (2012), has been shifted from Azamgarh as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) to Police Headquarters, Lucknow. Satya Kumar Mishra, IPS (2012), moves from Kushinagar to PHQ, Lucknow. Pran Prakash Singh, IPS (2013), takes charge as SP Unnao, while Suhas Subham, IPS (2014), has been posted as SP Deoria.

Vikrant Veer, IPS (2014), shifts from Deoria to PHQ, Lucknow. Nipun Agarwal, IPS (2015), moves from Haridwar to Aligarh as SSP. Ashok Kumar Meena, IPS (2015), becomes SP Haridwar. Abhishek Verma, IPS (2016), takes charge as SP Sonbhadra, while Deepak Bhuker, IPS (2016), goes from Unnao to Pratapgarh.

Sunil Kumar, IPS (2016), has been made SSP Azamgarh. Kapil Kumar, IPS (2017), is posted to Kushinagar, and Abhishek R. Shankar, IPS (2018), becomes SP Ambedkarnagar. Abhishek Bharti, IPS (2018), takes over as SP Auraiya.

Manish Kumar Shandilya, IPS (2018), has been transferred from 4th Battalion PAC Prayagraj as SP Auraiya. Anil Kumar Jha, IPS (2010), moves from Ballia to SP Railway Agra. Satya Prakash Mishra, IPS, has been posted from 27th Battalion PAC Sitapur to 4th Battalion PAC Prayagraj.

The transfers reflect the state’s ongoing administrative exercise aimed at strengthening policing and law and order management.
