NBCC (India) Ltd has taken center stage in a major urban transformation push after signing a Memorandum of Understanding with HUDCO. The agreement will see NBCC execute projects worth over Rs.117 crore across Panchkula, Kaushambi, Ahmedabad and New Delhi.

The MoU was formalized in the presence of senior officials, with K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC, and CMD HUDCO, signing the agreement.

Under the pact, NBCC will spearhead and execute all projects on a turnkey basis. These include the development of a commercial complex at Kaushambi in Ghaziabad, integrated redevelopment of HUDCO’s land in Panchkula, new office blocks at HUDCO’s Ahmedabad Regional Office, and reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in the capital.

Renowned for its expertise in sustainable and world-class infrastructure, NBCC’s leadership will ensure these projects redefine urban landscapes. While HUDCO contributes its strong legacy in housing and urban development, NBCC’s execution capabilities will be the driving force in shaping modern, energy-efficient and people-centric spaces, reflecting India’s vision for sustainable cities.
