ACC Clears Deputation Extensions and Repatriation of Senior IAS, IPS and IOFS Officers

By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM| The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has cleared the premature repatriation of Rajesh Pradhan, IPS (MH:2003), Joint Director, CBI, to his parent cadre. The decision, approved on DoPT’s proposal, has been made under Para 14.2 of the IPS Tenure Policy.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the Ministry of Home Affairs’ proposal to extend the deputation tenure of Ratn Sanjay Katiyar, IPS (BH:1998), IG, SSB, for two more years beyond 19 January 2026. The extension has been granted as a relaxation under the IPS Tenure Policy.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the Central Vigilance Commission’s proposal to extend the central deputation tenure of Arti Chhabra Srivastava, IOFS (1990), serving as Additional Secretary (JS level) in the CVC under DoPT, until her superannuation on 31 January 2027, beyond the current term ending 16 December 2025.
