Venkataramani, Attorney General for India & Ld. Court Receiver for Amrapali projects, in the august presence of Ravi Bhatia and D.K. Mishra, Court Committee Members, K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC, officer bearers of Apartment Owner’s Association of Heart Beat City, senior officers of NBCC and residents of the society. The Club House-cum-Community Centre stands as a testament to NBCC’s commitment to delivering fully serviced, community-centric residential ecosystems. The facility has been developed as part of the construction of a Club House-cum-Community Centre with a swimming pool for the Heart Beat City residents. Spread across 5,200 sqm of built-up area, the Club House is a G+2 structure equipped with three lifts (two passenger and one service). It offers a comprehensive suite of amenities such as a 400-sqm Community Hall with a capacity of 350–400 persons, a squash court, crèche, kitchen and multi-purpose hall. The first floor houses a well-equipped gym along with yoga and aerobics rooms, while the second floor includes six guest rooms, a library, indoor games area, reception, kitchen-cum-restaurant and an open terrace. During the occasion, residents acknowledged the efforts of the Ld. Court Receiver Committee and NBCC team in bringing this Club House to the service of the residents of Heart Beat City. Designed as a vibrant social and recreational hub, the Club House significantly enhances the living experience of the residents, fostering community engagement and offering high-quality lifestyle amenities. NBCC has successfully completed all units of Heart Beat City, Noida as a part of its mandate after taking over the execution of the erstwhile Amrapali Projects under the guidance of Ld. Court Receiver and Committee members.
