By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM|The Government of India has approved the induction of five Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service officers into the IAS through the Select Lists of 2023 and 2024. Seniority, allotment years, and rankings were finalised under the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, granting them entry into the AGMUT cadre.

Bob Jayant Duia has been inducted into the IAS from the Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service under the Select List of 2023. His year of allotment is fixed as 2014 after applying the prescribed seniority and weightage norms under IAS rules.

Kanto Danggen has been appointed to the IAS from the Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service through the Select List of 2023. His year of allotment is determined as 2014. Seniority has been assigned based on qualifying service and Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS regulations.

W. Khimhun has been selected to the IAS from the Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service under the Select List of 2024. His year of allotment is set as 2015 after evaluation of qualifying service and weightage as per IAS seniority rules.

Karma Leki has been appointed to the IAS from the Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service in the Select List of 2024. The officer has been allotted the year 2015, with seniority computed according to Rule 3(3)(ii) and related IAS seniority provisions.

Mige Kamki has been inducted into the IAS through the Select List of 2024 from the Arunachal Pradesh State Civil Service. His allotment year is 2015, fixed on the basis of completed qualifying service and seniority weightage allowed under IAS rules.
