RSB Indore Scripts History at All India Civil Services Tennis Tournament 2025

The Regional Sports Board tennis team from Madhya Pradesh, popularly known as RSB Indore, delivered a historic performance at the All India Civil Services Tennis Tournament 2025 held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 16 to 22 December. Dominated by officers and officials from the Income Tax Department, Madhya Pradesh, the team achieved its largest-ever medal haul in the history of the prestigious civil services tennis championship.
Competing against top talent from across the country, RSB Indore displayed exceptional skill, discipline and teamwork, emerging as one of the standout contingents of the tournament. The team secured an impressive mix of gold, silver and bronze medals across team and individual events, firmly placing Madhya Pradesh on the national civil services sports map.
The highlight of the campaign was the gold medal in the Men’s Team Event, clinched by the formidable trio of Raghav Jaisinghani, Udit Kamboj and Rajkumar Ghosh. Their cohesive play and tactical superiority helped them dominate the competition and secure the top podium finish.
RSB Indore further strengthened its golden run in individual categories. Raghav Jaisinghani partnered with Sara Yadav to win gold in the Mixed Doubles Open, showcasing excellent coordination and match temperament. Sara Yadav continued her stellar performance by securing the gold medal in the Women’s Singles Open, underlining her dominance in the tournament.
In the Men’s Doubles Open, Udit Kamboj added another gold to the tally with a commanding performance. The Men’s Singles Open event saw RSB Indore players occupying multiple podium positions, with Raghav Jaisinghani winning silver and Udit Kamboj securing bronze, reflecting the depth of talent within the team.
The medal winners from the Income Tax Department, Madhya Pradesh, include Sara Yadav, MTS, Indore; Raghav Jaisinghani, MTS, Indore; Udit Kamboj, Tax Assistant, Indore; and Rajkumar Ghosh, Commissioner, Bhopal. Their collective achievement stands as a testament to the strong sporting culture within the department and the support extended to civil servants pursuing excellence beyond official duties.
