T Mithra has been granted extension of central deputation as Director of Census Operations and Director of Citizen Registration, Kerala, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, for a total tenure of seven years up to November 19, 2026, with continued upgradation of the post to Joint Secretary level.

Prerna Joshi has received approval for re-designation of her post in the Central Information Commission from Deputy Secretary to Director as a personal measure, effective from January 1, 2026 or date of assumption, for a tenure up to June 12, 2030, under the Central Staffing Scheme.

Arun G has been granted approval for re-designation of his post in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare from Deputy Secretary as a personal measure, effective January 1, 2026 or date of assumption, for a five-year tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme.

Rashmi Kamal has been appointed Director of Census Operations and Director of Citizen Registration, West Bengal, at Director level under the Central Staffing Scheme, for a period of three years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders.

Biswajit Pegu has been appointed Director of Census Operations and Director of Citizen Registration, Assam, at Director level under the Central Staffing Scheme, for three years effective January 1, 2026 or from the date of assuming charge, whichever is later.

Srimant Kumar has been selected for appointment as Joint Secretary at Director level in the Union Public Service Commission, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme, for a period of five years from the date of taking charge or until further orders.

Shri Rajesh Meena, IAS (BH:2012), Deputy Director at LBSNAA, has been re-designated as Deputy Director (Sr.) at Director level, personal measure, effective 01.01.2026, tenure up to 21.08.2029.
