By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM : NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded an e-auction for the bulk sale of residential units at its Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Silicon City projects in Uttar Pradesh. The auction covered 417 residential units with a total saleable area of 13.12 lakh square feet and realised a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,045.40 crore, calculated at the highest bid rate.

The auction included 306 flats across two towers at Aspire Leisure Valley, Greater Noida (West), and 111 flats in one tower at Aspire Silicon City, Phase-IV, Sector-76, Noida. The e-auction witnessed strong market interest, with bids received well above the reserve price, reflecting robust demand for quality residential assets in the region.

The proceeds from the sale will be utilised for repayment of bank loans and to reduce the funding requirements of ongoing projects. The overwhelming response to the auction underscores growing investor confidence in projects being executed under transparent and court-monitored mechanisms.

These projects are being monitored by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and feature state-of-the-art amenities along with strategic locations, making them attractive investment opportunities. The successful sale marks an important milestone in the completion of stalled Amrapali projects and is expected to help fulfil the long-standing aspirations of many homebuyers to own their homes.

With this auction, NBCC has further strengthened its track record in monetising assets linked to the Amrapali Group. To date, e-auctions conducted for Amrapali’s new FAR projects—including Aspire Golf Homes, Aspire Centurion Park, Aspire Dream Valley, Aspire Leisure Park, Aspire Silicon City and Aspire Leisure Valley—have resulted in the sale of 5,671 units. These sales cover a cumulative saleable area of 153.72 lakh square feet and have achieved a total highest bid value of approximately Rs 11,719.27 crore across eight e-auctions.

NBCC continues to reinforce its position as a leading real estate developer in India and remains the only public sector undertaking operating in this segment. The company has set a benchmark for transparent and competitive property sales through digital platforms. Industry observers believe that the success of this e-auction will further boost investor confidence and strengthen NBCC’s reputation as a key player in the execution of distressed asset projects, bringing much-needed relief to thousands of affected homebuyers in Noida and Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh.
