Manohar Lal Khattar, Union Minister for Power, inaugurated the Ministry of Power Pavilion at the AI Impact Summit 2026 held at Bharat Mandapam on Tuesday. The pavilion highlights the Ministry’s initiatives in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance efficiency, sustainability and innovation in the power sector.

Senior dignitaries from the Ministry of Power and leading public sector undertakings were present on the occasion. Representatives showcased AI-driven solutions aimed at strengthening grid management, renewable integration and smart energy systems.

Anshuman Tandon, General Manager of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, along with other officials, attended the inaugural ceremony. The summit brings together policymakers, industry leaders and technology experts to explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence across key sectors, including energy and infrastructure.
