Gurdeep Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of NTPC Limited, welcomed Union Minister for Power and Housing & Urban Affairs Manohar Lal, Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Pralhad Joshi, and Minister of State for Power and New and Renewable Energy Shripad Yesso Naik during their visit to the pavilion.

The high-level visit underscored the strategic importance of NTPC in India’s energy transition and its pivotal role in driving innovation across conventional and renewable energy domains. The ministers were apprised of NTPC’s latest initiatives, including its expanding renewable energy portfolio, adoption of green hydrogen technologies, and efforts to integrate digital solutions into power generation and distribution.

The pavilion served as a platform to showcase NTPC’s transformation from a traditional thermal power producer into an integrated energy company committed to sustainability and efficiency.
