ACC Clears CVO Appointments in IOCL, ITI, DoT, RINL, SAIL, PFC and BEL

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has cleared multiple senior-level CVO appointments across strategic PSUs and departments, reinforcing vigilance oversight with experienced officers from diverse services.

Shailendra Singh, IFoS (1997) – IOCL, Delhi: Senior IFoS officer Shailendra Singh is appointed CVO of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. He will serve till September 2028, ensuring robust vigilance in India’s largest oil PSU.

Dilip Kumar, IRSME (2002) – SAIL, Delhi
Railway mechanical engineer Dilip Kumar assumes charge as CVO of Steel Authority of India Ltd. His technical and administrative experience will support vigilance functions in major steel PSU.

Rajesh Kumar Singh, IRSS (2002) – PFC, Delhi : Rajesh Kumar Singh joins as CVO of Power Finance Corporation under Ministry of Power. His railway stores service experience will aid financial vigilance in key infrastructure financing PSU.

Saravanan Mannai Pathakkam, IPOS (2000) – BEL, Bengaluru : Postal service officer Saravanan Mannai Pathakkam takes charge as CVO of Bharat Electronics Ltd under Defence Production. He will oversee vigilance in defence electronics PSU for three years.

Babji Patchilla, IOFS (1998) – ITI, Bengaluru : A senior IOFS officer, Babji Patchilla has been appointed CVO of Indian Telephone Industries Ltd under DoT. He will strengthen vigilance in telecom manufacturing PSU for three years tenure.

Dalip Singh Bhadauria, IOFS (2002) – DoT, Delhi :Dalip Singh Bhadauria takes over as CVO in Department of Telecommunications. With defence production background, he is expected to enhance transparency and vigilance systems at policy-making level.

Trinadh Kumar Goriparti, IFoS (2002) – RINL, Visakhapatnam :IFoS officer Trinadh Kumar Goriparti is appointed CVO of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd under Ministry of Steel, with tenure extending up to January 2029 under extended deputation norms.
