By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM|The Madhya Pradesh Government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle, transferring and assigning new responsibilities to senior IAS officers across key departments and district administrations. The orders, issued by the General Administration Department on July 24, 2026, include departmental realignments, collector-level postings and additional charge assignments aimed at strengthening governance and administrative efficiency.

Neeraj Mandloi (1993)
Neeraj Mandloi has been relieved of the additional charge of the Energy Department. He will continue as Additional Chief Secretary and has been assigned additional charge of the Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department.

P. C. Gupta (1992)
P. C. Gupta has been appointed Agriculture Production Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh, while continuing as Additional Chief Secretary, Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Department. He will also hold additional charge of the Horticulture and Food Processing Department.

Sachin Sinha (1995)
Sachin Sinha has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary, Public Health and Medical Education Department. With this appointment, he has been relieved of the additional charge of Chairman, State Warehousing Corporation.

Ravendra Kumar Singh (1997)
Ravendra Kumar Singh has been appointed Principal Secretary, Forest Department, while continuing to hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Happiness Department.

Sanjay Yadav (2000)
Sanjay Yadav has been appointed Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department. He will continue to hold additional charge as Principal Secretary, Non-Resident Indian Department.

J. N. Kansotiya R. (2004)
J. N. Kansotiya R. has been appointed Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department. He has been relieved of the additional charge of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department.

Dr. Sudam P. Khade (2006)
Dr. Sudam P. Khade has been appointed Secretary to the Chief Minister. He has been relieved of the additional charge as Commissioner (Field), Narmada Valley Development Authority, Indore.

Bhaskar Lakshakar (2010)
Bhaskar Lakshakar has been appointed Commissioner, Indore Division. He will also hold additional charge as Commissioner (Field), Narmada Valley Development Authority, Indore.

Ajay Katesariya (2012)
Ajay Katesariya has been appointed Collector of Ratlam district. He was serving as Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department and Director, Employees Selection Board.

Kumar Purushottam (2012)
Kumar Purushottam has been appointed Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister while continuing as Managing Director and Additional Commissioner, Mandi Board, Bhopal.

Ratnakar Jha (2012)
Ratnakar Jha has been appointed Collector of Anuppur district. He was serving as Additional Commissioner, Ujjain Division.

Kedar Singh (2012)
Kedar Singh has been appointed Deputy Secretary, Public Works Department. He has been transferred from the post of Collector, Shahdol.

Harpal Chouhan (2015)
Harpal Chouhan has been appointed Executive Director, Environmental Planning and Coordination Organisation (EPCO), Bhopal. He was serving as Collector, Anuppur.

Aditi Garg (2015)
Aditi Garg has been appointed Additional Commissioner-cum-Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Bhopal, along with additional charge as Deputy Secretary of the department. She was serving as Collector, Mandsaur.

Preeti Yadav (2016)
Preeti Yadav has been appointed Deputy Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government. She has been relieved from the post of Executive Director, Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation, Indore.

Priya Singh (2016)
Priya Singh has been appointed Collector of Shahdol district, replacing Kedar Singh.

Guru Prasad (2017)
Guru Prasad has been appointed Collector of Khargone district. He was serving as Deputy Secretary in the Chief Secretary’s Office.

Divyansh Singh (2017)
Divyansh Singh has been appointed Collector of Mandsaur district. He was serving as Additional Commissioner, Urban Administration and Development, Bhopal.

R. S. Meena (2017)
R. S. Meena has been appointed Collector of Agar Malwa district. He was serving as Commissioner, Satna Municipal Corporation, with additional charge as CEO, Smart City Satna.

Siddharth Jain (2018)
Siddharth Jain has been appointed Deputy Secretary in the Chief Secretary’s Office. He was serving as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Indore.

Himanshu Prajapati (2019)
Himanshu Prajapati has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Indore. He was serving as Executive Director, Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation, Indore.

Mandeep Singh (1997)
Mandeep Singh, Principal Secretary, Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department, has been given additional charge of the Energy Department until further orders.

E. Ramesh Kumar (1999)
E. Ramesh Kumar has been assigned additional charge of Principal Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department and Narmada Valley Development Department. He will also serve as Chairman, Narmada Basin Projects Company Limited and Narmada Valley Development Authority, Bhopal, in additional capacity.
