Odisha Chief Secretary Gokul Chandra Pati is being tipped for new Chief Information Commissioner in the state. 1979 batch IAS officer Pati is scheduled to retire in November. In past Pati has held key posts in GoI as Secretary, Department of Defence Production, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries.
