Head (Business Development), WAPCOS conferred with “Eminent Women Engineer’s Award” Ms. Pooja Kapoor, Head (Business Development),WAPCOS Limited – A Government of India Enterprise under the aegis of Union Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation was conferred with “Eminent Women Engineer’s Award” by the Institution of Engineers (India). WAPCOS has been providing consultancy services in all facets of Water Resources, Power and Infrastructure Sectors in India and Abroad. Ms. Pooja Kapoor is working with WAPCOS for the last 17 years in various Water Resources and Infrastructure Development Projects in unexplored geographies and challenging conditions in Countries like Cambodia, Chad, Lao PDR, Mozambique, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe etc. She has also been involved in executing Projects originating from surveys at the elementary level in the rural communities, understanding the needs and prioritizing the disparate sectoral responses received, streamlining them with the Provincial/ Country’s Strategies and Policies and Formulating Projects having long term recall value and beneficiaries at the primitive level.
