Senior Congress leader and Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijaya Singh has Congratulated newly appointed CBI Director, Rishi Kumar Shukla, Digvijaya Singh mentioned that RK Shukla is the first MP cadre IPS officer to be appointed as Director CBI.

Digvijaya Singh also mentioned that Shukla should have been made Director IB when the present incumbent was given six months extension because of his wide experience in IB.
