After a grand success of Aadi Mahaotsav in Delhi, the Craft Mela Aadi Mahotsav running at Bhopal Haat is the talk of the town today. The Aadi Mahaotsav is being organised by the, Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India Limited (TRIFED), Ministry of Tribal Affairs Government of India New Delhi.

Amid the attraction of huge public gwthering the Aadi Mahotsav Bhopal has come like a gift of holiday season amd the new year. It started from 19th Dec. to 31st Dec. 2017. Aadi Mahotsav was innagurated by MP Minister Narottam Mishra and Trifed MD Pravir Krishna in the presence of degnitaries.

with the concept of proving one stop shop avenue Bhopal Aadi Mahotsav offers variety of attraction like handloom, handi craft, Tribal cousine and folk dance for the guests arrival in to the festival, it offers various vibrant colours of India. Bhopal Haat is furnished with the cultures of Gujarat, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Banaras, West Bengal, Ranchi, Kolkata and Uttar Pradesh.

JS Shekhawat, Regional Manager, TRIFED informed that TRIFED works for craft vendors belonging to different tribes and leading a livelihood in different regions of the country. TRIFED often take them on tours in a group so that they can earn the profit directly by selling their material in any handloom fair in India or overseas. Moreover, the Aadi Mahotsav is a mobile craft bazaar and will be held across the country. Recently it was held at New Delhi and after Bhopal it will be organized at Dehradun.

In Aadi Mahotsav Bhopal the vendors have brought a range of colours, designs, sizes and qualities. Showcasing the beautiful and unique collection of outfits, jewellery and decorative pieces the exhibition is captivating the attention of Bhopalites. The women loves to adorn her with wonderful and trendy clothing, this exhibition cum sale has it all.

The mela is grabing more and more attraction for Bhopalites.
