By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM|In a major top-level bureaucratic reshuffle, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment and in-situ upgradation of several senior IAS and IDAS officers to Secretary-level positions across key ministries and departments. The changes, effective against vacancies, superannuation and administrative requirements, aim to strengthen governance and leadership in the Government of India.
