By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM|Senior IAS officer Alok Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh, has begun a new journey as the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh.

Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his trust and guidance, Kumar said that Uttar Pradesh is moving firmly towards its ambition of becoming a one trillion dollar economy, with industry, infrastructure and investment expected to play a pivotal role in this transformation.

He expressed his commitment to working closely with investors, industry leaders and government colleagues to accelerate industrial development, strengthen infrastructure and create employment opportunities across the state.

The new responsibility places Kumar at the centre of Uttar Pradesh’s industrial growth and investment facilitation agenda. His focus will be on advancing the state’s development priorities and strengthening its position as a leading destination for domestic and global investments.

“Let’s build a new Uttar Pradesh,” Kumar said, expressing optimism about the state’s development journey.
