Great Socialist late Y N Singh was remembered in a programme organised at Madhya Pradesh assembly auditorium hall in Bhopal. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh take part inaugural programme of late Y N Singh Memorial Foundation lecture series here in Bhopal. Rajnath Singh appreciated the efforts of Aman Singh (Retd, IRS) and Principal Secretary to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister and son of late Y N Singh for taking this initiative of establishing late Y N Singh Memorial Foundation of late Y N Singh’s contribution to humanity and his duties for socialism were remembered in this lecture series. “The Home Minister spoke in length on ‘National Security: Challenges and Strategy’ as part of its inaugural programme.Besides Singh, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan “Chairman of the Foundation, Aseem Singh and PS to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh Aman Singh, Chhattisgarh state Assembly speaker Gauri Shankar Agarwal, Chief Secretary Chhattisgarh Vivek Dhand many bureaucrats,technocrats and other dignitaries were present on this occasion.

Chairman of the Foundation, Aseem Singh on this occasion informed
under the egis Late Y N Singh Memorial Foundation scholarship will granted to poor studious students and the will serve extensively for the cause of humanity at large.

Speaking on this occasion Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh also praised the efforts of Aman Singh and Aseem Singh and extended his best wishes to the foundation. He stressed on the question of’National Security’ termed naxal movement as threat to severity and our independence.

Since Aman Singh (Retd, IRS) and Principal Secretary to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister is basically a domicile of MP therefore he has great affection from Madhya Pradesh. In the fast run life of bureaucrats its rarely seen that a bureaucrat son has gesture to remember his father’s legacy and spares time to form a memorial foundation a better cause to remember him.
