Reportedly Dand has set an example to abide the law and order by stopping ‘music on dance floor at 10 pm sharp during his family wedding function recently held in Raipur Marriot Hotel. Dand did not allow dance & music after 10 pm. Bureaucrats,senior politicians,technocrats and present degnitaries were azamed to see Dand’s determination as the most senior bureaucrate of the state.
