Anthony J.C. De Sa, CS of MP setting paradigm of its own kind

De Sa, who is an IAS of 1980 batch MP cadre has became pioneer in his gestures even after being in the highest echelons of power he has full faith in team work, which is being widely appreciated. It sounds new a Chief Secretary going to see off the retiring officials in their respective cabins is something never heard off before in Indian “Aafsar Shaahi” system but Anthony J.C. De Sa seems up to break bottlenecks to bring new era of team work in MP ‘s bureaucratic system .CS himself went to the respective offices of the retiring officials on their retiring day, he apprised those official’s services to the state, thanked them and wished them for future.
De Sa is credited with efficient management and reform of the public distribution system in the State.
De Sa also gave his services as Director in Union Ministry of Environment and Forests and Controller of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. De Sa also discharged responsibility as Joint Secretary in Union Commerce & Industries Ministry. De Sa was posted at the United Nations Organisation for 5 years. De Sa’s qualification is P.G. History Political Science, Graduate History Political Science, P.G. Economics Environmental Science from Harvard University USA as a Mason Scholar. He has Won Littauer Award.
