A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL) & Assam Power Distribution Company Limited., (APDCL) to export 10-12 MW CPP surplus power of BVFCL, in presence of the CM of Assam H B Sarma and SP, Mohanty, CMD, BVFCL,CMD & Director (Finance) of BVFCL.
