BEML Limited a Defence PSU is observing Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) 2022 from 31st October- 7th November 2022 with the theme ‘Corruption free India for a developed Nation’.

Amit Banerjee, CMD, BEML inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp and administered the Vigilance Integrity Pledge. M V Rajasekhar, Director (Mining & Construction), A K Srivastav, Director (Defence), Anil Jerath, Director (Finance), D Venkateswara Reddy IRS, CVO were present on the occasion. Later Banerjee planted a sapling ‘Vigilance Tree’ to commemorate VAW at its Corporate Office, BEML Soudha. Large number of Executives and Employees took part in this event.

To spread awareness on Vigilance, Banners are displayed at various strategic locations. Programmes such as Lectures, Training on various topics on Vigilance, Essay writing, Painting & Drawing competitions and Poster making and other activities are being planned for the employees, their spouses and their children during this week-long programme.
Apart from this BEML is organising Walkathon and also associating with Vigilance Forum’s Walkathon to raise awareness on Corruption free Society.
