BEML Ltd. organised a powerful awareness session on “Vigilance, Anti-Corruption Measures, and Conduct of Public Servants,” underscoring its commitment to preventive vigilance. The event was graced by distinguished speaker Rishi Kumar Shukla, former CBI Director and DGP, Madhya Pradesh, whose inspiring address offered deep reflections on transparency, integrity, and public accountability.

Known for his exemplary service and unblemished leadership, Shukla’s presence enriched the session, leaving a lasting impact on participants.

Also present was BEML CVO Sajid Farid Shapoo, IPS, a respected officer admired for his sharp vigilance acumen and integrity-driven leadership. BEML CMD Shantanu Roy, Functional Directors, and Chief Vigilance Officers from reputed PSUs including HAL, BEL, Canara Bank, KIOCL, BMRCL, ITI, KAPL, HMT, and BRBNMPL attended the event.

A key highlight was the release of BEML Vigilance Manual 3.0, reinforcing the company’s efforts to institutionalise strong anti-corruption frameworks. The session emphasized the transformative role of vigilance in safeguarding both institutions and citizens from unethical practices.
