Bharat Petroleum is awarded Second Position for Swachhata Pakhwada and Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyaan from Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas for undertaking more than 79,000 activities during the peak of lockdown, reaching out to more than 62 lakh people.Various initiatives such as cleanliness drives, multiple competitions on necessity of Swachhta during Covid-19 pandemic. Besides, 2 lakh plus trees were planted, 3 lakh plus masks & sanitisers, etc distributed & around 600 webinars organized, across our network.

In a ceremony held today, these awards were received by K. Padmakar, C&MD virtually and M. A. Khan, Executive Director (Corporate Coordination & Development) in Delhi from Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Steel, Dharmendra Pradhan.
