The conclave has brought together leading HR professionals, industry experts and thought leaders to deliberate on emerging trends, evolving workplace practices and contemporary challenges in human resource management and industrial relations.
Representing SECL, one of the country’s major coal-producing companies, Das shared his perspectives on “Labour Reforms & Its Implications for Labour Relations: Industrial Relations”. His participation brought valuable industry experience to the discussion, particularly on managing human resources in a large and complex industrial organisation.
