Biranchi Das, Director (Personnel), SECL, participated in the National Conclave for Central Public Sector Enterprises organized by XLRI Jamshedpur, a reputed institute for training on industrial relations and personnel subjects. Biranchi Das was the chief guest of the inaugural session of the conclave.

This two-day conclave was organized on 26-27 August at XLRI’s Jamshedpur campus. The theme of the two-day conclave was HR for the Greater Good. The main points of consideration were social accountability, employee welfare, high performance work system, governance and ethics, environmental awareness etc. The two-day conclave was divided into various sessions and lectures, in which top officials, personnel leaders, personnel cadre officers etc. from different parts of the country participated.
