The new service was launched by Sanjay Khanna, Chairman & Managing Director, BPCL, in the presence of Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing), BPCL. The launch marks an important milestone in the company’s efforts to enhance customer satisfaction while introducing value-added services that align with changing consumer expectations.

At the heart of Bharatgas Lite ZIP is the combination of Instant New Connection and Express Delivery, enabling customers to obtain a new LPG connection with minimal waiting time while benefiting from faster cylinder delivery. This integrated approach is expected to simplify the onboarding process and significantly improve the overall customer experience.

A key highlight of the offering is the Bharatgas Lite composite cylinder, which has been designed to provide both convenience and safety. Unlike conventional steel cylinders, the composite cylinder is lightweight, making it easier to carry and handle. Its corrosion-free body enhances durability, while the transparent design allows consumers to monitor the remaining LPG level, eliminating uncertainty about refills.

The cylinder also incorporates enhanced safety features and a modern aesthetic, making it well suited to contemporary kitchens and urban lifestyles. These features collectively position Bharatgas Lite ZIP as a premium solution for consumers seeking greater ease, reliability and efficiency in their cooking fuel needs.
