The charges in the re-development Project of ITPO Complex at Pragati Maidan were found baseless and could not be established in CBI investigation against NBCC’s Chairman- Cum-Managing Director (CMD) Anoop Kumar Mittal for alleged corruption case.It is to be noted that Dr.Mittal is known as the tournarrounder of NBCC and a commited officer in the PSU world. Also GoI has given additional charge of Director Finance, NBCC to Dr. A K Mittal.
