CBI Gets New Leadership Push with Fresh SP Inductions

BY THE NEWSMAN OF NDIA.COM : The Competent Authority has approved the induction of three officers as Superintendents of Police in the Central Bureau of Investigation, along with the premature repatriation of one officer to his parent cadre. The decisions aim to strengthen leadership capacity and operational effectiveness within the organisation.
Induction of Ashok Mishra
Approval has been accorded for the induction of Ashok Mishra, IPS (BH:2016), as Superintendent of Police in the Central Bureau of Investigation for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders.
Induction of K Ramdass
The Competent Authority has approved the induction of K Ramdass, IPS (BH:2019), as Superintendent of Police in the CBI for a tenure of five years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders.
Induction of Vinod Choudhary
Approval has been conveyed for the induction of Vinod Choudhary, IRS (IT:2017), as Superintendent of Police in the CBI for four years from the date of assumption of charge, subject to requisite cadre clearance.
Premature Repatriation of Pravin Mandoi
The Competent Authority has also approved the premature repatriation of Pravin Mandoi, SPS (MP:2004), Superintendent of Police in the CBI, to his parent cadre, as part of routine cadre management.
