CBI registers case against former Chairmans of FMC

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against four former Chairmans of Forward Market Commission, the former officials names are Dr Kewal Ram, Anand Kumar Bhatt, Rajeev Kumar Agarwal,Bishnu C Khatua on the allegations that the accused former officails of Forward Market Commission (FMC) had facilitated the private commodity exchange in getting the Nationwide Multi Commodity Exchange status, even though the said commodity exchange was not fulfilling the stipulated criteria.
