Ravi Dhawan, IAS (AGMUT:2011), has been appointed Director in the Ministry of Power, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for five years or until further orders. The Ministry of Home Affairs has requested his immediate relief from current duties to assume the new role.

Cheshta Yadav Gets Additional Charge in Goa
Cheshta Yadav, IAS (AGMUT:2014), has been given additional charge as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Goa, at Deputy Secretary level, until 31 December 2025 or until further orders. She will continue her present role while assuming the new responsibility under the Central Staffing Scheme.

Gaurav Singh Rajawat Assigned Lakshadweep Census Role
Gaurav Singh Rajawat, IAS (AGMUT:2011), has been appointed Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Lakshadweep, on additional charge basis. His tenure will run until 31 December 2025 or until further orders. He will assume the post under intimation to the Department of Personnel and Training and the Registrar General of India.

Sufiyah Faruqui Wali to Head MP Census Operations
Sufiyah Faruqui Wali, IAS (MP:2009), has been appointed Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Madhya Pradesh, from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 or until further orders. She has been asked to join within three weeks as per ACC directions to avoid debarment from the Central Staffing Scheme.

Amit Sharma Gets Additional Charge in Mizoram
Amit Sharma, IAS (AGMUT:2012), has been entrusted additional charge as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Mizoram, at Deputy Secretary level. The appointment is valid until 31 December 2025 or until further orders. The Ministry has directed him to take charge under intimation to the relevant authorities.

Purva Garg Appointed for Andaman & Nicobar Census Role
Purva Garg, IAS (AGMUT:2015), has been appointed Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, on additional charge basis at Deputy Secretary level. The tenure will run until 31 December 2025 or until further orders. She will assume the new role alongside her current responsibilities.

Vivek Aggarwal and Amit Mohan Govil Assigned FIU Roles
The ACC has approved ex-post facto extension of additional charge of Director, Financial Intelligence Unit-India, to Vivek Aggarwal, IAS (MP:1994), from 30 March to 21 April 2025. Amit Mohan Govil, IRS (IT:1990), will hold the post for six months or until a regular incumbent is appointed.

Sujal Mayatra to Lead Gujarat Census Operations
Sujal Jayantibhai Mayatra, IAS (GJ:2011), has been appointed Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Gujarat, until 31 December 2025 or until further orders. He has been instructed to join immediately, as per ACC rules requiring assumption of charge within three weeks of appointment to avoid debarment.

Kartikeya Goel Appointed for Chhattisgarh Census Role
Kartikeya Goel, IAS (CH:2010), has been appointed Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Chhattisgarh, until 31 December 2025 or until further orders. The officer has been asked to join immediately, in line with ACC’s directive to assume charge within three weeks from the appointment order’s issue.
