His all-time energetic performance and wholehearted participation stood out during the two-day IPS Officers Service Meet held in Bhopal on 16th and 17th January 2026.

The event, which brought together senior police officers from across zones, witnessed not just professional camaraderie but also a vibrant celebration of culture and heritage. Chandrashekhar Solanki IPS attended the meet along with his wife Deepshikha Solanki and their son and daughter, reflecting a rare blend of professional dedication and strong family values that resonated warmly with fellow officers.

On the first day, cultural competitions were organised at the Police Officers Mess. Under the leadership of ADG Ujjain Umesh Joga, IGP Chandrashekhar Solanki and Anurag, the West Zone (Ujjain Division) team delivered a captivating cultural performance. Rooted deeply in Malwa heritage and devotional praise of Mahakal, the presentation earned wide appreciation and emerged as the first prize winner. On this occasion Bhopal CP , Harinarayanachari Mishra and several senior IPS Officers of Madhya Pradesh cadre were present.

The competition saw strong performances from all zones, with the East Zone securing second position, the Central Zone finishing third, and the North Zone placing fourth. The spirit of healthy competition and cultural pride was evident throughout the programme.

The winning teams were felicitated by DGP Kailash Makwana and IPS Association President Chanchal Shekhar, adding prestige to the occasion. Chandrashekhar Solanki IPS’s spirited involvement, motivational presence, and unwavering support to his team played a significant role in energising the West Zone contingent, making the meet memorable for participants and observers alike.

His performance at the IPS Officers Service Meet once again underscored his reputation as a team member who inspires through action, enthusiasm, and an enduring commitment to the values of the Indian Police Service.
