Chidambaram, Confident of forming coalition in each state

Senior Congress leader P. Chitambaram has said that his is confident of Congress forming coalition in every state the country
He said we hope state-wise coalitions and if the coalition wins in each state then that is Victory of the mahagathbandhan.
In Madhya Pradesh elections the Congress party in its manifesto has assured the people that if the party comes in Power in the state then the RSS will not be allowed in govt building.
