Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC and Chairman of BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry delivered the welcome address at International Congress on Electric Vehicle Market,2018 at India International Center, New Delhi on May 25. Among those present at the event were Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and delegates from BRICS nations.
