Mumbai court orders FIR against ex-Sebi chief Madhabi Puri Buch, over alleged stock market fraud, regulatory violations. A designated Anti-Corruption court reportedly in Mumbai has directed the filing of a First Information Report (FIR) against senior officials of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), including former SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch, over allegations of stock market fraud and regulatory breaches. The directive was issued by Special Judge SE Bangar following a petition from Thane-based journalist Sapan Shrivastava.
