As per the DoPT circular, In pursuance of the concurrence given by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure with the approval of the competent authority, the posts Director (06) and Under Secretary (06) are created for the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) under National Programme for Civil Service Capacity Building (NPCSCB)-(iGOT-Mission Karmayogi).
