By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM| In a notable achievement reflecting effective grassroots governance, Dugra Shakti Nagpal, District Magistrate and Collector of Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, has received Gold and Bronze medals along with Certificates of Appreciation from NITI Aayog under the Aspirational Blocks Programme.

Dhaurhara Block achieved saturation across six key indicators, while Bankeyganj Block attained saturation in three indicators during the July–September 2024 assessment period. The accomplishments were recorded under key themes including Health and Nutrition, Agriculture and Allied Services, and Social Development, reflecting measurable progress in priority welfare sectors.

The recognition highlights the impact of coordinated administrative leadership and sustained field-level implementation. The achievement has been credited to the dedicated efforts of district teams and frontline officials who ensured effective execution and monitoring of development initiatives.

Special appreciation was extended to Chief Development Officer Abhishek Kumar, IAS, along with Block Development Officers Sumit Kumar Singh of Dhaurhara and Rishikant Ahirwar of Bankeyganj, whose consistent field engagement and leadership contributed significantly to achieving the targets.
