By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM| The Department of Personnel and Training has issued a comprehensive seniority order for 19 State Civil Service officers newly inducted into the IAS Bihar cadre through the 2024 Select List. The seniority and year of allotment for all officers have been determined under the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, along with subsequent amendments. Based on the prescribed weightage for qualifying service, all 19 officers have been assigned the 2015 allotment year. As per cadre positioning norms, they will be placed below Tushar Singla of the 2015 batch and above Richie Pandey of the 2016 batch.

Arvind Kumar
Arvind Kumar, inducted into the IAS Bihar cadre through the 2024 Select List, has been assigned the 2015 year of allotment under revised seniority rules, placing him below Tushar Singla and above Richie Pandey.

Pramod Kumar
